Day 1 – Welcome to India!
Arrive into Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, MUMBAI, and be greeted with a smile (and perhaps a head bobble) by one of our team. We’ll head into the city and give you the first taste of the traffic!  After checking into the hotel and getting settled, we will join the group for a welcome Indian dinner. This is the first time to meet and get to know your fellow budding entrepreneurs and program mates.

Day 2 – Orientation & Cultural Introduction

Start to dive into India with a welcome to the culture and history of India. We undertake an introductory language class and ice-breakers. Get your first chance to see some of the city while also starting to understand the context and introduction to the Innovator’s Method and the startup development process.
Day 3 – Female-Driven Innovation in Startups
Visit some of Mumbai's most innovative startups and social-enterprises, led by incredible female disrupters who spend every day channeling their incredible entrepreneurial spirit to change the communities around them.
Day 4 – Problem-Framing and the Ideation Process
How are incredible startups created out of nothing, and how can you ensure that your dream startup solution is actually addressing a legitimate gap in the market? Today you'll learn all about falling in love with the problem, not the solution. You'll also begin filling up your entrepreneur's toolbox with resources, frameworks and activities that guide effective ideation.

Day 5 – Explore the Startup Ecosystem

Building on our understanding of users, customers and stakeholders – we make the most of being in this unique megacity and spend a day exploring the diverse networks of startups and innovation hubs that make this city special. We might even get the chance to quiz a startup founder on how they developed their business model for their multi-national tech company!
Day 6 – Solutions and Prototyping
Now that you know how to frame a problem, you're ready to start designing solutions. Learn the best-practice methods for validating solutions and get ready to get your hands dirty with some rapid prototyping, lean startup style!
Day 7 – Building a Minimum Viable Product
Do you know the difference between a prototype and an MVP? Well, if you don't you are about to! Spend the day planning out what yours could look like. You're almost ready to launch...

Day 8 – Go to Market Strategy
Once your product is ready for the market, how can you ensure that the market is ready for IT? It's time to think about your options for taking a potential solution out into the competitive, often unpredictable and volatile world of business... are you ready?
Day 9 – Hackathon Day 1
Now that you've gone through the startup launch learning process, why not take out your toolbox and put some of your newfound knowledge to good use? Work in a small team to co-create, design, and implement a lean solution to a real-world problem while you race against the clock, and your peers!

Day 10 – Hackathon Day 2
Tik Tok...
Day 11 – Hackathon Day 3
Strap yourself in, it's almost time for lift-off...

Day 12 – Pitch Competition
This is your team's chance to share your hackathon masterpiece with a panel of entrepreneurial experts in the form of a 3-5 minute business pitch. The panel will hear your ideas and will crown a winning team, all of whom will be awarded with the gift of lifelong, unlimited bragging rights!
Day 13 – Graduation

You are leaving India with a whole host of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, and it needs to be acknowledged! This day is one of celebration and we all head out to celebrate in style for an Indian style graduation dinner and cultural evening in the city of dreams, home to the world famous Bollywood film industry. We'll be eating, drinking, dancing and being merry.

Day 14 – Hugs and Goodbyes

The last day of the program is a chance to reflect and head off. The day concludes with a farewell breakfast and lots of photos and hugs. We will get you to the airport for your return flight to Australia or onward travel. If your flight is later in the day - you can get your last minute souvenirs. Although you may be headed home or elsewhere, you can be sure that your education is far from over. That’s a wrap.

! NOTE: Program is subject to change depending on local community availability, national events and weather conditions. Depending on the group size, the program may split to visit different communities to ensure small teams and a personal experience.
"Going overseas with Unbound was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. The people I met were fantastic - as they were likeminded people studying in similar fields, and were genuinely great people.

The Action Projects allowed us to apply techniques learnt during the study tour and also taught us about our limits and how to achieve within them which was challenging but a tonne of fun. In the two weeks I was there I had learnt lessons, made great memories and friends that will all effortlessly last a lifetime."
