Program Information - University of Adelaide Students

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

All Unbound programs are multi-disciplinary (all fields), and we invite undergraduate and postgraduate, domestic and international students at the University of Adelaide to apply.

No previous travel experience or academic prerequisites are required.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

Thanks to the New Colombo Plan, eligible students may receive up to AU$3,000 to subsidise their participation in this program. Please visit the Global Learning website for New Colombo Plan Mobility Grant Eligibility requirements.

Students completing a credit-bearing short program overseas will receive $500 thanks to the Global Learning Travel Grant.

Eligible students may access up to AUD $8,149 of funding from an OS-HELP loan.

Comprehensive Travel insurance is provided free of charge by the University of Adelaide for students receiving credit for this program .

ACADEMIC CREDIT

It is up to your Faculty Advisor as to
whether they will approve some credit for your participation in this program.

To apply for credit, you must:

1. Contact your Faculty Advisor and ask to discuss your individual Study Plan to confirm you have elective space in your degree to study overseas.
2. Register your program in the Global Learning Application System (GLAS) via the Global Learning website.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FUNDING

Students must apply for the program directly through Unbound (Apply here)

Once students have applied to the Unbound, they must then register their intent to participate in this program with the University of Adelaide.
